Tumblers may be used for finishing, deburring descaling, burnishing, polishing and many other applications. They can replace a file and sandpaper. Using them you can make the job easier, more precise and save a lot of time. Using different media the machines can be used for finishing metals and stones. The machines can be divided into: rotary tumblers, vibratory tumblers and magnetic finishers. Rotary Tumblers can be used for deburring, smoothing and polishing . They are 5 times slower than vibratory tumblers but they are far superior to vibratory for edge finishing of round, flat or washer like objects. Vibratory Tumblers can be used to finish irregular, blocky shapes as the vibratory activity works the media at blind or hidden areas passed over by action of rotary tumblers. They also process more part configuration and run cleaner with plastic media. Magnetic Finishers can be applied to non-ferrous parts that are small, complex and have areas traditional media will not reach. They have very short time cycles, in most cases limited to 30 minutes.

	TV-10 heavy-duty small industrial model, tough, cross-linked polyethylene bowl. The machine is equipped for use with compound rinsing system Raytech FT-20. Bowl capacity is 2,5 liter, diameter 25 cm.
	TV-18 - the newest Raytech tumbler, designed for heavy-duty use with all media. Equipped for use with compound rinsing system. Bowl capacity 3,5 liter, diameter 30 cm.
	AV-25, AV-25 SS- the Model 25 has all the features of a large machine. A popular size for small production, heavy-duty drive and suspension and additional adjustable amplitude. Equipped for use with Compound Rinsing System FT-20. All media can be used. For use with steel burnishing 25SS Model is recommended, as it is equipped with a discharge port for easier unloading.
